« The front desk staff were AMAZING. However, I was there for 8 nights. Three times I had to take dirty towels to the front desk to request clean ones. Our room was actually "cleaned" two times. One of those times they left the dirty towels in the room. Everyday I asked the front desk staff to address this and I truly believe they did their best. However whoever is in charge of the cleaning staff needs to be made aware of these issues. »

« Cleanest hotel ever. Granted the building is older, but this is the best maintained property ever. Friendly staff. Breakfast was perfect. I mean so many choices, the donuts are in little packages. There is yogurt and fruit cups and fresh bananas apples and oranges. Cereal in little boxes. Hard boiled eggs, cheese omelets, plain omelets. Milk cartons. Bacon, waffles, French toast, sausage!!!! So awesome. Pool was very warm and hot tub worked.Bed was comfy air conditioning worked fine. »

« Our first room was filthy, dirt and something wet by the phone, the phone was also very dirty as were the windows in the inside. There was dirt inside the frig and the outlet by the bed did not work nor did the tv. We got moved to a new room and I showed the employee the dirty napkin I used to wipe the filth off by the phone, she didn't really say anything. The next room was cleaner. Bed's were kind of hard. L'hôtel est propre et petit déj pratique (pas exceptionnel mais OK) En revanche, j'ai eu une très mauvais expérience avec la réceptionniste le matin: Après avoir fait plusieurs tentatives de connexion au wifi sur plusieurs appareils, le wifi annonçait toujours une connexion sans internet. Je suis donc allée le signaler à l'accueil. La personne n'en avait rien à faire, n'a pas du tout cherché à régler le problème, ne s'est pas excusé pour le service non...

« Bon séjour dans cet hôtel très propre et neuf. Situé au bord d'une grande route, c'est néanmoins très calme. Et à seulement 10 minutes de Madison en voiture. Le parking est gratuit. Un bon compromis si vous etes en voiture et ne souhaitez pas payer le parking dans un hotel du centre ville (souvent assez cher). Le petit déjeuner est très correct. »

« Beautiful antique decor and spacious room. Rom could have used one more lamp behind the couch and the overhead light on a dinner would have been nice. Not knowing there were no windows in the unit would have been helpful, that was a bit of a shock. Overall a good experience, would go back but not stay in the Lake Riply Room 102. »
