« Tristin is an excellent host, answered all questions and resolved issues that arose. This house is very comfortable and all necessities were available. Yes, the steps are steep, yes the bathroom is upstairs. This is an updated old house and these features accompany age. Great value and close to many of the things we planned to do in Dayton. »

« The apartment was clean and comfortable, beds very comfy. This is not what I would consider a “condo”, definitely more of an apartment. There is very little insulation and you can hear every noise, the neighbor upstairs was up at 4am and you could hear every footstep. Also Friday night there was a group of kids outside late that were very loud. Also there is a pretty constant dripping in the bathroom area but not from the sink, toilet or tub. »

« Would give 0 stars if possible. Arrived at location (after check in time) to find front door open and residence occupied and obviously not in any condition for us to stay in. No response to our knocking or announcing our presence. Host communication was terrible. Area around location somewhat questionable, but not as concerning as the accommodations. Had the stress of locating (and paying for) a hotel with an opening (UD parents weekend). Was waiting to do review to see if we could arrive...

« There was no power or lights in the bathroom. They told us that after we checked in. After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve lights in bathroom they gave us a hand held light and extension cord that did not reach in the bathroom. The air conditioner is literally 2 feet from the bed and is VERY loud. So you have to turn it off to watch tv, but it is to hot in the room not to have it on. Windows are all painted shut and have no screens, so you are stuck with loud air con. After 3 days we...
