Overall great stay! Would book again!
We loved our stay at this house! The house provided our family just what we needed and we made some amazing family memories there. The house is beautiful and very up to date. It did not have many cooking items (olive oil would have been a great addition!) but otherwise stocked with all pots/ pans and bowls/ plates etc.I would say though that the lack of communication from the property management regarding the broken dishwasher was alittle frustrating. Upon arrival I would think we would have had some sort of notification that it was broken. We spent a lot of time calling the hotline and getting little to no help until we finally spoke with someone 24 hrs later that they in fact knew it was broken and waiting on a part. We were told there was a drying rack to help with dishes. As of family of 5 that adds more work after every meal. Along with the down dishwasher my husband noticed a leak under the sink. Which we again reported to the management company and they promptly sent out a plumber who arrived at 6pm without any notice. Just some minor issues!
