« Please change the battery in the smoke detector in room # 6. It started going off at around midnight and kept going off every few minutes true the night and next morning. »

« We loved the room as there was lots of storage space and plugins. Our biggest disappointment though was with the breakfast. With an hour left in the continental service, everything was out. Even the utensils and coffee were out and there was not active staff around checking to keep everything refilled. As a family we enjoy having breakfast in hotels together but this was a big letdown. »

« We chose the Cimarron because of the quality, cleanliness and service the property is known for. Friday before check in, a family we're with received a call their room needed to be changed due to flooding. They were offered 2 king rooms, they declined because they're traveling with kids, so they stayed in the President's Suite. At no point was I contacted that there was an issue, so I assumed our room was not affected. Upon checking in, Brandon (manager) told me of the flooding, that no rooms...
