„Die Mitarbeiter waren toll! Ganz besonders im Gedächtnis geblieben sind uns Jori, Christopher und Frederike. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Service war super. Es gab keine wirklichen Kritikpunkte an dem Hotel – außer vielleicht, dass man am Wochenende den Club nebenan nachts schon etwas hören konnte. Also am besten ein Zimmer möglichst weit oben buchen, dann sollte das ganz gut gehen :) Insgesamt aber eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Frühstück war sehr gut und der Außenpool sogar beheizt. ...

„Biggest plus was the location. The room (deluxe apartment) was ok, nice bathroom, comfy bed, good seating area and well equipped kitchen. Excellent staff. Downsides: Chairs/Table on balcony were not usable at all, I really dont understand how you can leave those items in the room, no chairs would be better than those. Dishwasher not working properly. Balcony not closing properly due to some damages at the the doors sealing, as the hotel is on a busy road that was not nice, if there is wind it ...

Very clean rooms and a cozy bed and great bathroom. The Elizabeth Quay Harbour is about 10 minutes to walk away. It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. I definetely come back. “

„Wir haben das Alex Hotel auf der Durchreise von Süd nach Nord besucht und werden vor Abflug wieder dort übernachten. Das Hotel ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, komfortabel, geräumig und sauber. Die Gemeinschaftsräume, die auch für das Frühstück genutzt werden sind sehr großzügig mit Sofas und Gemeinschaftskühlschrank. Im 6. Stock gibt es eine tolle Dachterrasse ebenfalls für jeden nutzbar. Die Hotelbar haben wir auch in Anspruch genommen, sehr praktisch, wenn man abends ...
