    Verification information must be provided within 24 hours of booking. For same-day bookings, it must be provided within 1 hour. Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be canceled.

Availability may change without advance notice due to repairs, maintenance, or operational decisions. I’m happy to report any issues on your behalf, but access, scheduling, and amenity operations are outside of my control.



    Maintenance access

    On rare occasions, building or unit maintenance may need to enter the apartment during a stay to complete essential work. These visits are coordinated by management. Refusing required access may result in a $100 rescheduling fee.
