« Need to clean the room »

« The staff was very unfriendly when we entered the property at 3 pm. They said come back at 4 pm. We had our emotional support animal and had to wait in the hot sun for an hour. No decent lobby and no outdoor shading. The resort fee is $18 per person but with two pools it is not much of a resort. I think it is a hidden additional room fee. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. »

One thing to note is that the second master is either accessible from tiny spiral stairs or going through the screen porch that requires locking/ unlocking doors. We had planned for our older family member to stay in the lower bedroom but the spiral stairs were too difficult and door locks more complicated.
