« We purchased an extra night so that we could sleep in the hotel room when we arrived after a 10 hour drive through the night with no sleep and 2 kids. Upon arrival the front desk staff (who was so rude and not accommodating at all) told us our reservation had been cancelled. We had to pay for service for both nights even though we didn’t get to stay at the hotel at all. We were then forced to purchase a different hotel across the street so that we could finally sleep. « AC was great and actually turned it to heat as the evening was chilly. Everything was clean and tidy. Beds very comfortable and good shower !! »

« This is a very basic stay. Room was relatively clean; however, there was no hot or warm water - staff never told us upon check-in even though we found out a pipe burst a few days prior and it hadn't been repaired. Curtains didn't open or close, air system was difficult to adjust, and the walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything outside your door. Prior to booking or staying, I recommend asking when the room was previously stayed in and whether there are any issues. »

« The breakfast was ok. Eggs, bacon,sausage sometimes biscuits. No potatoes or grits. Cereals, muffins and bread for toast. Juice, coffee and yogurt. The coffee was very weak to the point that I could taste the cream over the coffee even after a staff member changed it. Otherwise it was ok. »

« My room had crushed dead bugs in it and hair on the floor near the bathroom sink. And I didn't have a full size towel in my room. When I took a shower I had to use a hand towel to dry off »

« Friendly staff and clean room. It wasn't an issue for us, but the bathroom door did not shut. That could definitely be awkward for some people. I saw some notices on the walls about strict polices that were not mentioned online, including no more than 2 people per room and no guests, but it wasn't an issue in our case since we just needed a place to crash for the night. The exterior could use some sprucing up. There was a shopping cart full of bricks and a few mattresses just chilling out front....

« Photos non représentatives des lieux. L’accueil nous donne aucune information sur le déjeuner (sûrement parce que non existant 😡 à moins que vous aimiez les céréales sucrées et brioches en sacs) et le wifi. Quand on demande de l’information, on semble déranger la dame qui écoute Judy’s court !!! Tapis de chambre des sales. »
