« Wonderful location, a series of very cute cabins nestled into the hillside. We woke up to beautiful views of the forest which we e joyed from our balcony. Great restaurant onsite. The staff were a mixed bunch, the waiting staff were a delight and some of the front desk staff were very helpful ordering cabs for us at 5am, what I assume is the manager left a lot to be desired in terms of communication and politeness. »

« Lovely, service-oriented 5 star up high in the mountains. Excellent stay if you want to relax and enjoy nature. Also close to tea estates, so lots to explore. Only downside is it can get quite foggy that high, so the beautiful views can be obscured for large parts of the day. »

« We stayed here as a stop-off between driving. As described, it is a quiet place to relax away from the constant beeping from tuk tuks, cars and bikes. Activities are available - we took the option to kayak. The food, whilst good, needed to be warmer. Every meal was tepid in temperature. As it was out-of-season, there was only us and one other pair here. I can imagine this being a good place when more people are around. The "rooms" can be best described as glamping - big "tent" with A/C...

« Hotel is located approx 22 km from Munnar town centre, its not ideal if you like to visit other places around. Half time wasted climbing up and down from the town centre. Food cost very high, a lot better options if you eat outside but again the annoying journey up and down. Overall its a OK place if you want to just stay in the hotel and don't mind food cost. »
