« Piccolo appartamento a due passi dal centro di Tarvisio, vicino a qualsiasi cosa vi possa venire in mente. Posizione silenziosa, pulizia e servizi in dotazione in eccellenti condizioni. L'appartamento ha arredi un po' datati ma tutti tenuti in ottime condizioni, perfetto per chi è più interessato alle meravigliose montagne che ci sono attorno che ad altri particolari. « Stayed in Junior suite in January. Room is very nice and comfortable, bathroom quite old and not so nice. Heating in the room can not be controlled, means you depend on the management to decide what temperature is the best for you :-( Service in the restaurant can be slow some times but the food in general was good. At check in they wanted to charge me for the room that was already paid through hotels.com but the next day the issue was settled. Some receptionists were new and therefore slow but...

« Absolutely fabulous for families with children of all ages. The area of Nassfeld has the motto “Nice Surprise” and it really was the nicest surprise to find this lovely hotel in this breathtaking part of the world. We travelled with our teen boys in the summer and they were active all day. From rock climbing (ages 6 and up) to swimming, to the children’s area (arcade style basketball was a big hit!) to mountain biking the local area, this hotel was outstanding. "This is not just another hotel — it’s a place with a real history and a character that you rarely find anymore. You can genuinely feel that the owners care about it, and that feeling seems to have been passed on to the staff as well. The hotel is huge, with a massive car park, several different sections, a restaurant, bar, shops and plenty of spaces to explore. It feels more like a little world of its own than a standard hotel. We arrived quite late, but the restaurant was still open and the staff welcomed us warmly and served us with real care. And the highlight? One of the best Schnitzels we had in Austria! The whole place is beautifully decorated with art, while the extensive use of wood gives it a warm, authentic Alpine character that fits perfectly into its surroundings. Our room was also surprisingly spacious, with a large bathroom, balcony and a huge TV. We only stayed for one night, but honestly, we would have happily stayed longer. Of course, the hotel has its imperfections, but that's part of its charm. What really makes the difference is the care and soul that have clearly gone into keeping this place alive. I genuinely loved it and hope this kind of hotel will still be around for many years to come."
