« I couldn't find the hotel based on the English address the hotel provided. I used amaps and didi; two apps that work in China to identify addresses and request taxis to take you to those addresses. I showed the printed confirmation address to two taxi drivers who both said, "no." I used manipulated forms of the address and still they didn't work. i called the hotel and no one answered. The hotel refused to return my money not just for one night but 4. -unacceptable. Maybe if the hotel...

« The staff is very helpful with westerners. The guy at the front desk happily helped me navigate some stuff in Beijing. The neighborhood is nice, especially if you need to get to an embassy. There's a cool outdoor eating area a few blocks away that's worth checking out. It's about a 1/4 mile walk to a subway station, which is nice. The hotel, however, is old and not well updated. The lights in the room kept blinking on and off and the TV is very dated. I tried to get it fixed but nobody came. »

« excellent hotel avec un très bon accueil : le personnel est souriant, avenant, à l'écoute du client et parle anglais. L'hotel est très bien situé par rapport au métro : juste en bas de l'hotel! Et le soir, on peut manger juste à côté : différents restaurants dans un centre commercial ou il y a un magasin Carrefour. Hotel très propre, le petit déjeuner est très bien servi dans une salle très agréable. »
