I'm so glad we chose this place for our trip to Kentucky. GPS kept rounting us left out of the community but once we realized going right was better it was perfect. Grocery stores, restaurants, and Graers ice cream, wow! Our host, Stephanie, was perfect and jumped on every question I had with grace and fortitude. The home was breathtaking and perfect in every way. It really felt like home away from home. Our triplet daughters are so picky when it comes to places to stay and they were very pleased with the home, the bunk room, and dining area perfect for our family of 7 or more. The bunk room was perfect for new teenagers or younger ones and extra twin bed since we had one that didn't want to bunk on the top. We also did not realize how close it was to casinos. I am already trying to plan another vacation to the area so that I can stay here again. Thank you Stephanie for ensuring we had a wonderful stay!

Stephanie’s property is ideal to visit both attractions. Located in a quiet neighborhood just outside Union, KY, it is a 30 minute drive to each attraction. Local amenities in Union are only 5 minutes away. Perfect for our family of 8, the property exceeded our expectations. Stephanie is a fantastic host, communicating with us every day. A new home that is built specifically for VRBO rental, it is comfortable and safe. I would definitely stay there again.

The host was so friendly and responsive- a real pleasure to rent from for our vacation in north Kentucky. The house was exactly as advertised, and even better than the photos! Everything is new, clean, and in good working order. The house is in a beautiful secluded neighborhood, very quiet with amazing scenery. So easy to get to major roads for all those fun adventures, restaurants, and sight seeing. Thank you!

We stayed here to be between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum with my parents and three kids. The house was clean and cozy. Well decorated and engineered for space to provide comfortable spaces for larger groups/families. Perfect location between the two parks. Not a lot of choices for restaurants close by, but definitely lots of new construction and development underway nearby for the near future.

Exactly as pictured. Everything was clean & spaces were perfect for our family of 6. We have a handicapped son in a wheelchair and the space was great for him as well. Stephanie was a wonderful host with attention to details making our stay as comfortable as possible. Convenient drive to Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. We loved the cute coffee shop (The Black Goose) only 2 mins.away. Highly recommend this stay & hope to visit again.

My grand daughter said it was the perfect size for the eight of us. It appears to be a new house so everything was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped except for serving bowls and platters so our Christmas dinner was served on the stove top.

GPS said, Property will be on your left. But it was on the right. We also expected all odd-numbered addresses to be on the same side of the street. Not so. Arriving after dark, we found the house only after some exploring and inquiring. But once found we thoroughly enjoyed 4 nights there. Will gladly book agan should the need arise.

We loved this house. It’s like new, comfortable, centrally located, and with great communication with the host…I give it five stars if you’re visiting the Creation Museum and the Ark. It’s about ten minutes from a couple good restaurants too.

We were planning a week-long stay in the area and needed a place that would comfortably hold our family. Knowing we would have some downtime, we wanted to also be sure that we had a comfortable place to rest and recuperate. Stephanie's house certainly checked all the boxes. We had space to easily unpack our stuff for the week, everyone had a comfortable space to sit and sleep, and the house was roomy enough that we weren't tripping over each other. We would definitely stay here again!!

The house is beautiful and very well maintained. Kitchen is extremely well stocked. The location was very convenient for getting to the Ark and museum. Union, Kentucky is a beautiful place. We really enjoyed our stay since both couples in our party had king size beds.

This new home is beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Lots of room and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed for our vacation with friends. Nice location if you’re visiting the Creation Museum and The Ark Encounter. Airport was easily accessible as well. Bonus was the new pickleball courts a few miles away! Coffee was even provided! Can’t beat that!

My husband and I were traveling with friends. With 2 of the bedrooms having a king sized bed it was perfect. The kids' room had a triple bunk, with the lower bunk at floor level. It also had an additional twin bed. We only made coffee but looked to be plenty of kitchen items for cooking meals. Plenty of seating in the living room. It would be nice to have a folding luggage rack in closet to lay your suitcase on.

This place was immaculate. Brand new. Well decorated. Very modern and appealing. The beds were extremely comfortable. The owner was in touch with us several times asking if there was anything that we needed. Cannot say no about the house itself and the furnishings and communication with. The owner. The town is a very up-and-coming well to do town. A lot of new Building going on in the whole area. This time will be booming,I predict in the next few years. About 20 minutes to the ark in 20 minutes to the creation museum. Very close to Cincinnati and other big towns. You really get everything you want here. There are only minor criticisms would be the neighborhood, a little older and more rundown than this house, but very quiet and peaceful setting. We walked around the neighborhood several times felt very safe and comfortable. A few more pans would’ve been nice for cooking, but what was there was useful. Other than that, the rest of this was an in five star experience
