All the additional services (restaurant, spa, etc.) were overpriced. Terrace with nice scenic view is presented as part of the room but is actually a common space. »

« We had the Boticelli room. The room was really Big but the end was very Small and very inconfortable. We hit ourselves on the frame of the bed many Times because the mattress was way to thin. The shower was very narrow and the hot water was unpredictable. One minute it was very hot and the next cold. When you pay 300$ for a room, you expect better. When we gave this feed-back at checkout, we were offered a bottle of their wine (value of 10 euros). You really pay for the fact that you are in a...

« Locations great I booked through Expedia thinking it was an hotel it’s not. Bathroom micro cannot even fit for a shower which is ultra small next to the toilet and I am normal person bigger people will not fit. Photos look good as it could give you a different prospect. No parking spots etc. It was an experience to assure not to do Bnb as this is the second time photos taken show superior aspects. »
