« I absolutely cannot fault the beautiful staff at The Samoan Outrigger Hotel. They were very attentive and made my stay so enjoyable, from the lovely breakfasts to the tips and recommendations for what to do in Samoa and little chats here and there around the hotel. « Amazing location with beautiful people. Snorkelling is awesome with beautiful corals and vast variety of fish. Almost like camping even with the rain, but we were dry and comfortable inside the fale. Dinner and breakfast was plentiful traditional island food with some modern additions. « Nous ne sommes pas restés à Vailua Beach Fale car , nous n'étions pas attendus .le personne présente était surprise de nous voir .Pas de chambre préparée , le sol très sale avec des araignées dans les coins et plafonds , sanitaires sales dont cuvette WC noire , draps des anciens clients sur les lits .Pas d'enthousiasme pour ameliorer la situation . Nous sommes partis alors que nous avions payé les 3 nuits . Nous espérons être remboursés par Expédia avec qui nous avions réservé . »
