« Although the room smelled clean, it didn't look that way. The walls and floors are old and dirty, and the couch I would NEVER sit on. The first room they gave us smelled of cigarettes when I told them I did not want a smoking room. The second one they gave us was better. The toilet did not flush unless we took the lid off. We only stated on night, so it was just fine for that. I would have asked for my money back and found another place if I were staying longer. I will not stay here again. »

« À notre arrivée, la réceptionniste a prétendu ne pas avoir reçu notre réservation de la part de Hôtels.com En vérifiant dans son ordi, la réservation est apparue immédiatement. J'ai expressément demandé une chambre non fumeur avec très grand lit (comme la réservation). Elle m'a envoyé dans à l'arrière dans une chambre qui puait la cigarette et qui n'avait pas de grand lit. J'ai dû revenir au comptoir et refuser la chambre pour obtenir une chambre portant un logo non fumeur. Pour la référence à...
