« We absolutely love staying at the Whiteface Lodge & Resort. There are sooo many activities onsite...you truly do not have to leave the resort. My wife & two small kids did everything this week from bowling, to late night swimming, enjoying s'mores by the fire to walking the nature trails and fishing in the pond. Memories that will last a lifetime! The staff and hospitality is the best at WFL - thank you and cant wait to go back! »

« The cabin was clean, cozy and provided amenities i did not expect from a rustic cabin. The resort was quiet, peaceful and safe. Checking in and out or even asking questions was a bit confusing as there was never anyone in the store/front desk to assist even tho it says open from noon-8, you're just instructed to go to the bar which doesn't open until 11:30am. Check out is 11am tho so i just left the keys on the desk. »

« My wife and I selected Palmer House based on the photos on VRBO. Upon driving the property towards our room we suddenly realized things looked different. Upon entering the room we noticed a distinct smell. The bathroom shown online looks very nice and updated with a beautiful shower, white cabinets and looked very modern. Ours was nothing like that. We had a tan handicap tub, urine stained tiles, a counter and sink that looked very old, and old brown cabinets. Needless to say we were...
