„Hotel is under renovations so our room was new. It was very comfortable but there were loose ends post construction. Our bathroom door only had two screws holding it on and was hanging off, the lock only had one screw on it and was coming off, a tile flash was broken off near the closet. Despite all of that I still rated it high because the staff were very kind, professional and accommodating. Maintenance did come and fix the bathroom door. „The apartment was in great condition and very comfortable. We had a little problem with the key box and host was very helpful. Host was also helpful when we had car trouble and helped us arrange staying an additional night.“

„Easy to access and the parking was notably conveniently easy. It wasn’t quite as close/accessible to the University of Cincinnati as I was hoping (about a 35 min walk to the building I needed), the bathroom faucet sprays a bit weird, there wasn’t any dishwasher pods/liquid, and the AC units are super loud—but everything important was thought-out and nice! The unit was well-kept and comfy!“
