„Adorably decorated hotel. Staff was super friendly. Place is very clean. We stayed two nights. No one brought in clean towels or the bottled water that was supposed to be there. I guess you have to ask for maid service for that stuff. “

„The room was spacious and clean. A wall between both would have made for nicer accommodations. Breakfast was okay. They need to invest in better coffee and make sure it is always hot. The last night was not so great. It seems that a ball team was staying there and they were loud in the hallway until midnight talking, running, and slamming doors. Location felt very safe. „The room we stayed in was not clean, the vents were so dusty to the point when it was time to checkout the next morning we were coughing, and things were broken. When we asked for a different room the staff said they were completely booked which I almost find hard to believe, there was barely anyone in the parking lot. The price was on the cheaper end but I have also stayed in hotels 10 times nicer for cheaper. “

„Very nice hotel, a little bit outside of Cincinnati but close to a major highway. You can reach all downtown destinations shortly without having the noise of the city center at night. My room was very clean, spacious and aircondition was working perfectly. The only drawback was the breakfast on early Friday morning. The waffles were undercocked and chewy.
