« Property was well presented, large and plenty of room for 5 adults and 5 children/young teenagers. Check in was easy. Well equipped kitchen with all the glasses, plates, frying pans etc that you could need. Table Tennis table was added bonus as we had cold, wet weather and could not really use the pool. »

« Absolutely fabulous! The Bungalow at Sawtell was recommended to us by close friends who had stayed previously. Presentation was excellent, the location was ideal (directly across the road from the beach) and The Bungalow itself was comfortable and relaxing. We would definitely recommend staying at The Bungalow in Sawtell. »

« We recently stayed at this amazing house with family friends. Four adults, two teens and 3 little ones. The house was spacious, clean and very well appointed. A few minutes walk to the beautiful Diggers Beach and 5 mins to the beach club - which we dined at a few times. Weather held up for us too despite a poor forecast so the beach and the homes pool got well utilised. Would definitely recommend this property for a large group - or just one family. It was great. « We had an amazing stay at Byron’s Beach House. The house is stunning with so much character. Had the best sleep on my life on the super comfy beds. Very close to the beach and nice big back yard which was great as we were travelling with our dog. Highly recommended for a group booking as there is lots of space. »
