„Check in einfach, reichhaltiges Frühstück, gute Anbindung, freundliches Personal“

„All good, thanks“

Man hatte alles was man zum Frühstücken braucht.

„We are a family of four and booked this hotel late in the afternoon while travelling home. We chose a non-refundable rate based on the photographs shown on the website. Upon arrival, we noticed a strong, stale carpet smell in reception. The staff were friendly, but Room 1031 on the 10th floor was unacceptable. It had the same unpleasant smell, no air conditioning in one room, and barely functioning, noisy air conditioning in the other. We were told there were electrical problems and that someone ...

„We had a wonderful stay at UNAHOTELS Century and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan! When I mentioned this at check-in, the staff member was genuinely apologetic and kindly upgraded our room. Later that afternoon, we were delighted to find a lovely ...

„Gutes Frühstück sehr nettes Personal tolle Lage in der Nähe vom Bahnhof“

„Zimmer sehr sauber.

Sonst alles super!!“
