We hesitate to write a review that is critical, but, given all of the nearly perfect ratings, we felt that a bit more honesty would be appropriate.On the positive side: (1) the location is fabulous -- in the center of the village, (2) the views from the condo are picture perfect, and (3) the management company was very helpful -- a warm shout-out to Nikki !On the negative side: (1) the condo is tired and has seen better days (pretty run down is a fair description), (2) the staircase to the primary bedroom and the loft space is very precarious, even dangerous (take a more careful look at the images than we did) -- for example, carrying a large or medium suitcase up or down the staircase would be tempting fate, (3) the kitchen is poorly and haphazardly equipped (for example, there were three potato mashers but no roasting pan), and (4) the washer/dryer are poorly located in primary bathroom upstairs -- see comments above on the staircase.If the owner made a meaningful investment in the unit to bring it back to its headline description, then we could recommend the unit. But for anyone who is looking for a luxury penthouse, this ain't it. And asking young children or older adults to use the staircase would probably qualify as child endangerment and elder abuse, as the case may be, in most states.If you need a condo for a group of young adults to crash that is well located and don't need more, then it fits the bill.
