I have stayed at o er 50 VRBO (and similar businesses), I didn't know a host could be so horrifying. Never had a similar experience.The Horror story:1.- Te manager Tried to go around VRBO when I booked, asking me to cancel the booking and pay direct (I didn't agree)2.- Upon our arrival the main bedroom bathroom was clogged and she insisted that I fixed it, finally she send somebody then threatened us with a 200 dolar fine if it happened again (I believe an apology is more in place, than a threat)3.- The house heating didn't work properly for 2 days (very cold)4.- Horror story begins…She entered the home without our consent and abusing that we weren't there ( Police, Town of Vail and VRBO reports had to be made for illegal trespass and violation of privacy (she argued she was picking up boots and a weekly security inspection) all completely abusive and illegal …the most shocking part is that she took pictures of the bedrooms and started to harras us, over and over again, asking for a credit card to clean the living room carpet because apparently here was dog pee (completely false!!!!), also harassing us about dogs peeing outside (amazing!!! where are they supposed to pee?) (neighbor’s dog entered daily to pee)…all the abuse and harassment made the whole vacation completely annoying I just could not believe how a manager like this keeps her job and people trust them with their property.I have all the texts (already presented) pictures of the neighbor’s dog, etc…
