„What a beautiful location on Kinderhook Lake. When you aren’t on the water, you will want to enjoy viewing the lake from the nice sized deck or from the dining table on the windowed porch. I traveled with my two young adult children and pup. The cottage was the perfect size for us. WiFi was great, one of us had to work a day while there. We loved everything they did to make our stay more enjoyable, from many pairs of water shoes (definitely helpful for swimming!) to folding chairs, floats, and many different coffee-making options. We also loved the wind chimes and napping bed on the screened-in porch.The swimming was good, although it’s a busy lake with many motor boats. „We were lucky enough to find the Cottage right before July 4. Our son and his wife's whole extended family were spending the weekend in the same Beachwood neighborhood. The immediate area is fabulous for a low-key, family-oriented weekend. The cottage has been updated with room airconditioners and heat, a cooktop, fridge, etc. That said, it's a cottage and not a hotel.
