One note is that the house doesn’t have AC which was a challenge initially because it was hot but property manager was very responsive and had fans delivered which helped a lot. Located on a public golf course so lots of people walking dogs early and late on the course which was kind of fun.“

The only thing that was not advised prior was that the homes caretaker lives in a part of the house that is attached. There is an entrance for him outside but there is also one that leads into the house. There needs to be a hook lock or something from the vacationers side for peace of mind. „The house was very clean and beautiful. It did basically have three levels with the master being located on the top floor. I did have issues with gettting the slidding glass doors to lock which made it difficult to sleep. Apparently the directions to locking the doors were in the booklet on the counter according to the host.“
