„This hotel has apparently discovered the airline trick of charging for everything beyond the basics. Want to park your car? $15, please! Want to sample the breakfast buffet in the morning? $15 per person, please! (Even a Motel 6 offers free breakfast - and at less than $200/night!)
The hotel itself is solid, though our mattresses both sagged to one side (the result of guests sitting on the edge for many a year - this is true at many hotels that don't change their mattresses frequently). ...
„We were told the hotel was totally remodeled. Our room was nasty. The tub had been painted it appears, leaving a nasty discolored streaky hue. It looked filthy. This place was just patched up-not a total remodel. If it hadn’t been midnight we would have left. We were not offered the opportunity to pay for a breakfast pass so we were quite embarrassed the next morning when we tried to get breakfast and were without the pass.“
„We booked a room for 5 with double beds and weren’t allowed a roll out bed. One bed had feelings of sand. When we spoke to the front desk they offered a new room which we took, no questions asked. The shower however had zero heat upon arriving in the room and the heat was turned down to 50. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.“
