From the very beginning until the end of their stay, the staff was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful. Communication was excellent throughout, making everything easy and stress-free. „Room was nice, good view on the city. Night light was really nice. The Bath tub could take hours to fiil up, so we take a shower instead. Lest romantic. Lady at the front desk was really nice. Need good cardio always up and down hill“

„Everything is good we enjoyed the unit. There is nobody on site that works there just be aware before you go here. it's not really a problem but if you have questions there's no one on site. It's very centrally located to the plazas others complain about noise we stayed in two different units there one was more quiet than the other but it's typical South America when you're in busy area“

There was hot water in the shower, a gas stove, washing machine, refrigerator, TV with Netflix (big plus), and electric portable space heater (another big plus). „Très bien situé, à 1km de la place d'armes. Très propre, équipement de la kitchenette un peu sommaire. Chauffage rudimentaire (1 seul radiateur) pouvant être un peu limite certaines nuits (appart au sous-sol à éviter). Bon petit déjeuner servi dans l'appartement. Hôtesse et personnel très à l'écoute et très gentils.“
