The cleanliness of the house and updated bathroom were nice. The house was very HOT! No air conditioning! All properties irregardless needs AC!! We traveled from hot Louisiana. All our homes have AC. The blinds were terrible and needs replacing. If you stand at the kitchen sink, you can look ahead and see the bathroom facing the sink. You can see the person in the bathroom. That’s NOT good! That bathroom window needs to be a disguised and shielded so the person at the kitchen sink can’t see when a person is in the privacy bathroom! That’s not acceptable! They didn’t have fans for all the bedrooms. One of the fans they did have there, was broken. ( The Black round fan). We didn’t even use it! We had to go out and buy 4 fans ! My mom ( cancer survivor of 10 months, double masectomy was unable to stay there. We had to get her a hotel. She couldn’t stand the heat ! She was getting nauseous! Upon arrival when we walked in , it was very hot and musty smelling! I’m in the medical field! I do know a well ventilated area with proper air circulation is much healthier than a hot musty smelling house! Air keeps down the germs and bacteria!!! I couldn’t let my mom sleep in this heat! I’m very disappointed. Yes we do have pictures, but I’m sure you’all KNOW what your property looks like and those disgusting blinds appear to be! This doesn’t look good !

We recently stayed at this VRBO and overall had a pleasant experience!The home itself is spacious and very, very clean — perfect for multiple couples or a larger family. We loved the beautiful view and appreciated the safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. The location was great for everything we had planned, and being able to park in the garage was a convenient bonus.Inside, the house has clearly been remodeled and offers plenty of room to relax. While there were a few things that could use attention — like a tiny kitchen trash can, some broken shades (especially in the bathroom and kitchen), and a fridge that didn’t keep things cold and leaked — we made it work. Also, there was just one TV in the living room, so if you’re used to having TVs in bedrooms, keep that in mind.The home doesn’t have central A/C, but with the windows open and fans running, it stayed reasonably cool. We also noticed the shower products weren’t labeled, so bring your own if you’re particular.The only major surprise was the yard — it was very different from the photos, with no grass and some overgrowth. It didn’t match the lovely interior, which was a bit disappointing at first glance.Despite those small issues, we really enjoyed our stay. The size, cleanliness, and location of this home made it a great spot for our group. With a few minor updates, this place could be truly amazing!

We stayed here while visiting Napa Valley wineries. The property was clean and spacious. The five separate beds were wonderful for our group.

Nice Home, But Lacking in Comfort and Maintenance

The home looked just like the pictures and was nicely decorated. The master and downstairs bedrooms were spacious, but the two additional rooms upstairs were very tight. Both bathrooms are located upstairs, which wasn’t ideal for all guests.First impression pulling up wasn’t great—the grass was extremely overgrown, which made the exterior feel unkept. Inside, the master had broken blinds and an outlet with exposed wires popping out of the wall, which felt unsafe. Upon arrival, we also found hair on the beds in two of the rooms. One guest ended up sleeping on the couch the first night, but the host did respond and had it resolved the next day, which we appreciated.Unfortunately, the last night was very uncomfortable due to high temperatures—the house reached 82 degrees, and the AC wasn’t working. We later learned the home doesn’t actually have central AC, just one small fan, which is not nearly enough for a 5-bedroom house.Lastly, there was only a small bathroom-sized trash bin in the kitchen, which was inconvenient for a group stay.Overall, the home has potential and looks nice, but some basic maintenance and comfort improvements are definitely needed.
