Five minute walk to buses, coffee shops, gift stores, groceries, many different restaurants, gyms, spas, and other useful amenities along the West Broadway corridor. And, a 20 minute walk to great beaches! There are also many parks and playgrounds within a 5-10 minute walk from the house.
This is a 3 level home with guest access to the main and upper floors. There is one bedroom on the main floor and 2 on the upper floor, where there is also a treadmill and stationary bike and a small Juliette balcony. There are designated workspaces on the main floor and in one of the upstairs bedrooms.

We have a large south-facing deck off the kitchen extending into a lovely backyard with garden. The house is the home of your hosts. It is a well lived-in, well-loved 100-year old home that raised three children.
