Wir waren eine Tag vor einer Alaska-Kreuzfahrt in der Stadt. Tolles Hotelteam, sehr hilsbereit, gute Empfehlungen. Unser Zimmer hatte Blick auf deñ Hafen - toll! Hotel super gelegen. Fahrrad- und Autoverleih direkt am Hotel. Gym und Pool gut, schöne Sonnenterrasse. Und bequem fußläufig zum Cruiseterminal. Rundum empfehlenswert!

Schön gelegenes 4*-Hotel an der Vancouver-Bay.
Erst nach 2-maligem Nachfragen bekamen wir ein kostenloses Upgrade (war im VIP-Package bei Buchung je nach Verfügbarkeit bereits enthalten ) mit Meerblick. Dieses Zimmer war dann ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel liegt nahe zum Cruiseterminal an der Vancouver-Bay. Das Frühstück war das Highlight unseres Aufenthalts in einem wunderbaren Raum mit Glasüberdachung.

Der Check-in verlief schnell und einfach. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage. Das Parkhaus ist sehr groß und sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück in gut. Leider ist der Frühstücksbereich für ein so großes Hotel viel zu klein. Egal wann wir zum Frühstück gegangen sind es gab Wartezeiten.

Great location but the room needs some updating. We enjoyed the amazing harbor views from our room and the proximity to the sea wall. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this hotel as my husband’s back pain started again after one night’s sleep; the beds were too soft and did not provide enough support. Perhaps the beds are too old? Once this issue is fixed, we would not hesitate to come back.

When we arrive the main lobby is full of luggage and hard to walk around it. Location of luggage receiving area should not be on the main lobby and luck of handicap ramp to walk up to check in office. They should look on this issue.

This was a fabulous place to stay before our cruise. The room had a wonderful view of the harbor. The restaurant was delicious. Staff was friendly.

The hotel has no features other than its location. If you come across Ms. Sehnaz, who is in charge of the reception, she will either do her job wrong or treat you sullenly. The hotel is quite old and crowded. The doors in the rooms do not close and the ventilation system smells very bad. I stayed twice, but never again.
