Guests have private access to the entire upstairs suite, including all five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two living rooms, the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, dedicated workspaces, private balcony, private backyard, and in-home laundry facilities.

BASEMENT is occupied by our tenants but they have their own private entrance and private area. Connecting door is locked so you'll have private space.

The home features its own private entrance, allowing guests to enjoy a comfortable and private stay throughout their visit. Free street parking is available directly in front of the home.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Located in a quiet residential area, we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Before checkout, please gather used towels, dispose of trash, turn off all lights and appliances, lock up, return the keys, and notify the host.

Your stay includes high-speed Wi-Fi, heating, TV, in-suite laundry, fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries.
