The Space:

This unique two-level floating home features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 private balconies with panoramic city, mountain, and ocean views. Inside, you'll find a bright open-concept living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated wellness area ideal for yoga, meditation, mobility work, or light strength training. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, this floating sanctuary offers a one-of-a-kind West Coast experience just minutes from downtown Vancouver.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire floating home, including both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, living area, wellness/yoga space, and both private balconies.



Guests may also enjoy the surrounding marina walkways and common areas.



A few storage closets are locked for owner belongings, as we occasionally use the home ourselves. These areas are not accessible to guests.



Please note that while guests have full access to the home and decks, access to neighboring docks, boats, and private float homes is restricted.



The Neighborhood:

Tucked along North Vancouver's waterfront, this home sits right at Mosquito Creek Marina, a quiet working marina on the Spirit Trail with mountain and inlet views. It's an easy walk east along the water to Lower Lonsdale, home to Lonsdale Quay Market's food hall and shops, and The Shipyards District, with its restaurants, waterfront plaza, and seasonal events like the winter ice rink and Christmas Market. The setting is peaceful and residential compared to the busier Lower Lonsdale core, while still putting guests close to everything the neighborhood has to offer.



Getting Around:

The Spirit Trail runs right past the marina, making it a straightforward ~10-15 minute walk or quick bike ride east to Lonsdale Quay and the SeaBus terminal, which connects to Waterfront Station in downtown Vancouver in ~12 minutes. From there, guests can reach most of the city without a car. For driving, the property is close to both the Lions Gate Bridge and Second Narrows (Ironworkers Memorial) Bridge routes into Vancouver, and Marine Drive/Esplanade provide direct access along the North Shore waterfront.



Other Things to Note:

No, you're not drunk. The house MOVES! If you are sensitive to the motion in the ocean bring gravol or book accordingly. This house is far out at sea at the end of the dock for maximum privacy and unobstructed ocean views. Large waves can come unexpectedly and may feel like mini earthquakes . We kindly advise that the property may not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility, difficulty walking long distances on moving surfaces, stairs, steep ramps or heavy luggage.
