Inside, the home welcomes you with a warm, relaxed ambiance inspired by its natural surroundings. The open concept living space is designed for easy, breezy living, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable seating, and a dedicated workspace. Modern comforts like air conditioning, fans, and high speed internet blend seamlessly with the laid back coastal vibe. Two serene bedrooms offer restful retreats each features a queen size bed, soft linens, and thoughtful touches to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. The primary bedroom includes an en suite bath, while the second bathroom is conveniently located just across the hall from the second bedroom. Both rooms are equipped with AC and fans to keep you cool and comfortable.

The backyard is an outdoor oasis and is a private slice of paradise cool off in the pool surrounded by mature gardens and tropical flora, or lounge in the shade as the sights and sounds of nature surround you, rustling palms, distant waves, and the occasional sight and call of monkeys. After a day spent exploring, spark up the gas BBQ grill in the outdoor kitchen and enjoy open air dining on the covered lanai. Meals can be enjoyed outside at the dining table or inside at the beautiful Guanacaste wood island.
