LUXUEUX APPARTEMENT DANS LE COEUR DE VENISE

C’est un accueillant appartement de 50 m² au premier étage d’un ancien palais du XVIème, complètement restauré en 2012. Poutres apparentes d’époques en mélèze rouge au plafond, pavements typiques en marbre à la venitienne. Meubles anciens et modernes. Vue sur la lagune vers Murano. Il se compose d’une cuisine indépendante équipée exclusivement avec électroménagers Miele, d’une luxueuse salle de bains avec douche (céramiques Villeroy&Boch), d'une chambre double avec lit (200x160), d'un séjour avec canapé-lit (200x160). L’appartement peut recevoir confortablement jusqu'à 4 personnes. Il est doté de tout les conforts: climatiseur dans chaque pièce, TV couleur, chauffage autonome, four à micro-ondes, machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur. Le linge de lit et de bains sont compris et la cuisine est complètement équipée. L’appartement est central mais dans une zone très tranquille. Sa situation dans Venise est très pratique pour se déplacer facilement à pieds d’un point à l’autre de la ville: à quelques mètres, il y a des arrêts des «vaporetti » pour la gare, l’aéroport, Murano, Burano et Torcello. Rialto et St. Marco sont à dix – quinze minutes de distance à pieds. Dans les environs il y a plusieurs bars, pizzerias, restaurants et autres magasins et supermarchés. Ménage final 50 euros. Les propriétaires, à l’étage au-dessus, parlent et écrivent en français et ils peuvent vous aider en cas de besoin. Nous sommes rentrés ravis de notre séjour dans cet appartement situé à 20 m de l'arrêt Fondamente Nove du bateau Alilaguna qui dessert l'aéroport. Il est très agréable, très propre, doté de tous les équipements nécessaires (bon WiFi, électroménager de qualité, parfaite rénovation...) y compris les produits de première nécessité (thé, café, huile, vinaigre, sel, sucre, poivre...). La salle de séjour a deux fenêtres qui donnent sur la lagune, Murano et San Michele. La lumière est magnifique et le spectacle des bateaux incessant. Mais l'appartement est aussi totalement silencieux. Elisa, la propriétaire, très accueillante, et qui habite l'étage supérieur parle parfaitement français. Elle a préparé un précieux cahier d'adresses et d'avis concernant les restaurants, cafés, commerces, visites... Elle vient vous chercher à l'embarcadère et prend le temps de vous donner tous les conseils indispensables. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cet appartement et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons été accueillis à notre descente du vaporetto avec beaucoup de gentillesse ,en français ; l'appartement est très bien aménagé ,très agréable et bien situé ; très calme car très bien isolé , vue superbe ... les conseils "touristiques " nous ont permis de découvrir des quartiers typiques ,moins bondés de touristes , un régal !!! encore merci à Mme Luka de son accueil et de ses conseils avisés .

Séjour parfait dans un appartement très bien aménagé avec tout le confort souhaité. Le point fort est certainement la vue sur la lagune, de la fenêtre on peut voir le trafic des bateaux et c'est un vrai bonheur dès le réveil : on ne s'en lasse pas! L'appartement était très propre et aucun bruit ne viendra troubler votre sommeil. Idéalement placé (15 mn à pied du Rialto ) et l'embarcadère est en juste en face pour aller dans les iles ou en arrivant de l'aéroport. Ajoutez à cela un accueil plus que chaleureux de la propriétaire Elisa qui nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour y compris les adresses qu'on cherche tous en vacances (bonne boulangerie, restaurants et bons plans) le tout dans un français parfait. Aucun doute pour nous, si nous revenons à Venise c'est ici que nous poserons nos valises! En attendant courez y c'est vraiment une adresse comme on en trouve peu. Merci encore à Elisa pour l'accueil, nous avons passé un séjour parfait et nous sommes partis à regrets.Nous avons mangé des gâteaux de Burano hier soir en pensant à vous...

Très bel appartement , tres bien placé face à la lagune , tres jolie vue et beaucoup de confort . Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil de la part de la proprietaire à l arrivée et au départ avec tous les détails pratiques concernant le quartier et quelques bonnes adresses de bars et restaurants . À renouveler avec plaisir .

Amazing place, amazing host. Great value compared to other places we were looking at. It's a bit off the beaten path, which means about a ten minute walk to get to the really touristy spots, but Venice is so small and walkable it's not really a problem. And so easy to get to Burano / Murano!

Elise was an excellent host providing us with information about how to get around Venice and recommendations for eateries. We communicated through what’s app. She brought us some dessert one day! The apartment is well decorated and comfortable. We we’re grateful for the quiet after walking through Venice. It’s located close to the transit boats which made it easy to get around. I would highly recommend this property.

Five stars for this beautiful apartment in Venice. Elisa was better than the perfect host. Meeting us as we disembarked the airport boat shuttle on the Fundemente Nove stop, she gave us a thorough introduction to our well-stocked, roomy, meticulously clean apartment. For five days we experienced labyrinth of Venice with great pleasure and fun, but always looked forward to returning to our retreat. The neighborhood was Venetian, rather than touristy, with a beautiful full view of the lagoon and distant Murano. We had perfect quiet any time of day or night, and an immersion into real Venetian life. Thank you, Elisa. And yes, we will come again and send our family and friends to your welcoming apartment!

This was an amazing place to stay .... Every detail from arriving to departing was more than perfect. The apartment is beautiful and everything I needed was provided..The owner was so kind and helpful....and I was sad when I left. Elisa was phenomenal! Met me at the ferry station which was super close. She helped me with my luggage since I had 2 pieces. Gave me a tour of the unit. The kitchen and bathroom were roomy and the guests needs were well thought out (coffee, washcloths, microwave, very large shower with soaps etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality pots, pans, olive oil etc.) and bed was comfortable. The unit is newly remolded and very modern. Even the utensils were nice quality. Elisa gave a lot of useful tips for my stay. The view of the water was perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. I watched both with some Italian coffee. I would definitely recommend this unit and would definitely stay here on my next visit!

We celebrated a BIG birthday and NYE in Elisa,s PERFECT apartment. If there were 10 stars for all the categories Elisa would get all10s!! Apartment is so convenient to the Watertaxi from airport. The location is beautiful and quiet but just a short walk into the many Campo Venice offers. Interior is amazing. Kitchen is great. Baths lovely. Bed comfortable. Nice linens. We were met at the Watertaxi by Elisa who walked us to apartment- where she had left us a Christmas cake. She walked us through the entire place and then sat down with a detailed folder of restaurants, tours, water taxi schedules. She has a map color coded with some of her favorites. Her directions even included a drawing of npboth the dishwasher and washing machine with directions in English. We cannot overstate her thoroughness in every area. Best of all when we left she walked us to the Watertaxi and said goodbye as if we had been friends for years. Absolutely one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had. Thanks so much Elisa. We will be back!!

I can't say enough good things about this property. Elisa was beyond helpful from the minute we booked her apt. She was so helpful with all the information we needed and helped with suggestions on everything from parking to where to eat( her recommendations were spot on!). The apt was exactly as advertised and pictures were exact. Views were amazing. She has everything you need down to coffee...:) Quiet spot away from it all, but a quick walk to all the major spots. Would have no hesitation booking with her again.

We just spent three (too few) nights in this wonderful apartment. We left our rental car at the airport, walked peacefully to the site from where an Alilaguna boat (Blue Line) took us to Fondamente Nove, and there Elisa was waiting for us! We walked together perhaps 50 meters to the apartment, no problems with our pretty heavy luggage. We found a very nice, modern, well-equipped apartment with a wonderful view. Everything of good quality and well-functioning. You can cook what you want. Fresh coffee! Elisa explained us everything we needed to know of the apartment. Whenever we needed some extra help, Elisa was easy to reach. There are good shops close to the apartment, and cafes, wine bars …..We especially like Cannaregio area. When we had to leave, Elisa was again helping us. We could leave our luggage to the apartment until we finally took a boat back to the airport. Elisa took us to the boat, taking care that we were the first to enter the boat:). Wonderful apartment in wonderful location, and what a wonderful hostess. You come here once and return many times.

This lovely apartment is the perfect place to spend several days or a week in Venice. Just steps away from the Fondamenta Nove Alilaguna and ACTV stops, it is very easy to get to with almost no bridges to lug your suitcases over. The location is wonderful in that it is in a quiet part of Venice, but Venice being small and compact, the major sites are ten minutes walking distance. We loved this location because it was very quiet and yet a few alleys away were lively restaurants, bars and important sights. The apartment is very well equipped with whatever you might need including cooking utensils, soaps, extra towels, shopping bags, umbrellas, and -- for many Americans -- washcloths and hair dryer. The Wifi worked very well, as did the air conditioning, dishwasher and clothes washer. The rooms are good sized and comfortable, with plenty of storage in the bedroom. The shower is large, with plenty of hot water and good pressure. The mattress may be a bit hard for American tastes, but we found it comfortable. Best of all, Elisa is a friendly, welcoming and helpful host, both meeting us when we arrived at the Alilaguna stop and accompanying us to the ACTV stop on our way out. She provided a folder with information about her favorite restaurants and bars and encouraged us to visit some lesser known sights that only true a true Veneziana would know. The communication from start to finish was excellent. I highly recommend this apartment in Venice and we hope to return one day soon.

We loved our stay in Venice! Elisa was a fantastic host. The apartment is perfectly located walking distance to everything, but quietly situated. The view is amazing - you can watch the boats pass by just outside the windows. The apartment is super clean and very comfortable. Every amenity is available. Elisa carefully explained how to take the vaporetto from the train station and met us on arrival to escort us to the flat. She provided excellent information and maps with suggested restaurants, etc. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

What a find this property was! We enjoyed the location near Fondamente Nuove, the view of the lagoon, and also being away from the crowds while still being close to all the sights. Usually pictures do not live up to reality, but this apartment exceeded the pictures. The owners have done an excellent job remodeling and we had all the comforts of home. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Elisa for being so attentive and helpful!

Elisa met us at the vaperetto stop in a storm at midnight what more can I say great location elegant furnishings spotless clean nothing to want for As far as rentals go this is one of the best in Venice I’ve no doubt we looked long and hard before choosing this Great host wish I could have stared longer you can watch the boats go by out of the window on the lagoon with views of Burano what could be better Away from the crowds but a lovely 10 min stroll to Rialto bridge everything you need in the apt bedroom most charming with original beams and modern bathroom and kitchen thank you Elisa we will be back

From the fast and detailed communication with the property owner before we even booked through a six day trip we will never forget, this was the perfect rental. Elisa helped prepare us for our stay at her beautiful apartment (overlooking the lagoon with views of the neighboring islands) with a handy guide book and instructions, answering every question we had. The apartment was immaculate and had every amenity we needed. The location was ideal, far enough away from the crowds to feel like a local yet right next to a vaporetto station and within easy walking distance to all the sights. I enthusiastically recommend this rental for a memorable Venice experience.

This beautiful apartment in the Cannaregio is in a great location - right at the ferry to the airport. It's easy to walk to everything in Venice or to take a vaporetto right at the front door. The view is incomparable, looking out over the Lagoon to Murano. The apartment is very thoughtfully set up with everything you could want. We cooked a great meal there on one of our three days in the city. One of the problems of not staying in a hotel is that you don't have a concierge, but Elisa is a great one. She gave us all kinds of tips and recommendations for staying in this beautiful city. Highly recommended, would stay here again

The apartment is very easy to get to. We caught the Alilaguna blue line boat service straight from the airport to the Fondamante Nove stop which is within 50 yards of the apartment. Many of the vaporetto lines also stop at Fondamente Nove, which makes the apartment a very convenient place from which to explore Venice, including direct boats to San Michele, Murano and Burano. The apartment itself is lovely. Beautifully furnished and fully equipped with everything that you could want during your stay. The views over San Michele and Murano are magnificent and the boat activity outside is a constant source of entertainment. The doible glazing is really good, so the apartment is very quiet both during the day and at night. Elisa, the owner, could not have been more helpful, from meeting us at the quay on arrival to making sure we got away on time for our return to the airport. We had a lovely holiday.
