« Such a nice place to stay with family for our 2 day fishing trip. We've stayed at other places in the area and this is by far the nicest and the roomiest for us to visit, eat, watch tv, cook meals, etc. We definitely look forward to coming back! Thank you!!! »

« This is the second time my fishing group of guys from B'ham have stayed at the Blue Marlin cabin. The place has enough room for 6-10 guys and conveniently located in proximity to the marina for our fishing charter. Also, we took a day trip to New Orleans and ate lunch at Mothers, visited the WWII museum. Black Velvet is an always fun close by restaurant. BTW, our 6 guys caught 3 yellow fin (had to leave area b/c sharks) and 5 AJ's. Good haul. Thanks, VooDoo charters!!! »

« Great location for a men’s fishing trip. Water and power were constant issues due to the city not owners. Only complaint was the fire alarms were constantly going off . »

« The best part about this property was the view and that our fishing guide was able to pick us up at the private boat slip, ( the owner suggested the guide, he made our trip great!) it was quiet and you can fish somewhat on site. What caught us off guard was supplies and all bunk beds. I would suggest you stop on the way and pick up all your supplies, drinks and food. Not much is open on Sunday. « This place is perfectly suited for our needs. Beds, amenities including an ice maker on the patio and my boat tied up on the water. I really liked not having to worry about tides having my boat moored up. Rates were easily acceptable, and the property owner/operator is top notch on communication and whatnot. 100% would recommend and stay again. »
