« Wonderful property in perfect location for skiing! »

« We had a very relaxing few days here and were glad to be able to have our dog with us. The cottage was compact, rustic and cozy. Beautiful view of Lake Champlain. It's a relaxing getaway. The cottage had a well equipped kitchen. Pratt's was a convenient for supplies and Middlebury was just a short drive for restaurants. Another bonus was we were able to plug our car into a level 2 charger right at the cottage. »

« We had an amazing time at this perfect cabin/cottage/camp. It was a very relaxing stay. Roxanne thought of everything. We felt at home and had everything we needed while we were there! We plan on coming back next year and bringing our 3 kids with us! We cannot say enough good things about this perfect place! »

« My family of twelve (ages ranging from 10-78) spent a wonderful week at this house. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked making packing lighter while the attention to cleanliness and decor made it cozy. There was plenty of seating areas indoors and out. The variety of water vessels and outdoor games available was great and the trampoline was the biggest hit with the kids. Check in was easy and the location was convenient for a lovely ferry ride to Vermont or a day of adventure at Ausable...

« Amazing property, Mark and Christine were great to communicate with. The place is in an amazing shape, and well maintained. Great view of the lake, close to the boat launch and a marina. There's a Dollar General a couple of minutes away where you can buy a lot of stuff, food and beer, for liquor there's a gas station in front of it that sells some. We were 2 couples on a fishing trip and we had a great time and experience, I highly recommend the place. »

Very nice place everything you need you can find in this home from cookware to glassware, baking needs.. i was reading lot's of reviews about this property and was worried , poor wifi, low water pressure.. i had none of those problems with 7 people total in the home.. Only thing i could say is this mattresses can use an upgrade .. but I'd definitely come back again especially in The summer.. this place must be amazing!! In the winter 4 by 4 is a must have...
