„The hotel was so charming and had such historic character. I was very comfortable and enjoyed the aesthetic. I did arrive in late evening (930 pm) on a Friday. Was welcomed and checked in. Did not realize that all the local restaurants, convenience stores, food carry out delivery closed by 8 pm. It would be nice to have a food option for hungry arrivala or let people know there won’t be anything available nearby after 8 pm. “

„This home is nestled in the high VT hill country. It is beautifully constructed and has lovely furniture and decor. This is a very peaceful and comfortable environment. It is a beautiful get away and the two bedrooms and shared bath are inviting and relaxing. The heated floors are such a treat. The kitchen is easy and has all the basics to eat in or make take/bake simple. My compliments to the owner on her thoughtful design and lovely decor. Lots of parking. „Great weekend in Winooski. House was as described and great for family and a doggo with a great back yard. House was centrally located within walking distance of great restaurants, breweries and shops. Hosts were available if need be and communicated quickly questions before and during our stay. „We had a lovely stay at Mad River Valley. The location was perfect for our waterfall/swimming hole adventures and almost daily visits to downtown Waitsfield. The check-in was straight-forward and the home, as expected. Due to the unexpected scorching heat/humidity a couple of nights, the bedroom fans came in handy, as did the washer and dryer. Only regret was not checking out the wooded trails on the property as we spent all of our daytime hours adventuring and exploring nearby. It was a nice ...
