We were told that they had no maintenance available until Monday, and that they were fully booked. Told her we would have to cancel our reservations and find another hotel. « Hôtel calme, un grand hall, salon avec canapé, ainsi que les tables et le petit déjeuner. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine mais elle avait l'air bien. En plus du thé et café en accès libre, dans la hall se trouve un distributeur d'eau fraîche agrémenté de rondelles de citrons. Il y a un laundry et un ATM. Le petit-déjeuner était complet avec du salé également, une machine à gaufre, yaourts, céréales, ... La chambre était propre et spacieuse, avec un bureau et une chaise, en plus du frigo,...

« While the staff was lovely, the property was not. There was a bloody-looking handprint on the mattress and on the bed frame. There was so much dust behind the bed (my phone fell back there and I hat to get it). There was a gash in the seat of the shower (I was given a handicapped room) which was pleather. The corners of the room and windows were just disgusting. Was it mold? Was it dirt? I have no idea. Lightbulbs were half missing/ burned out. The refrigerator was propped up haphazardly....
