This was a wonderful stay for my husband and I.We spent one week for our 25th wedding anniversary. Such a beautiful and cute place it felt so homey and comfortable.Enjoyed waking up to sunrise and watching the sunset as well both so beautiful.As for our hostess Angie she was such a nice person and so helpful. This gal thought of even the little things that most hosts never think of. We literally had a complete kitchen for our use even spices flour and sugar ect.A full laundry system as well. I just cant say enough good things about it,if you want the experience please come find out yourselves. Angie just rocks its that simple. Looking so forward to staying again. Thank you for everything Angie you are the best. Love the Terrys

Very charming cabin on the lake. It was clean and stocked with everything you could need. Host was attentive and courteous. We loved the cozy Michigan chairs and outdoor electric fireplace. Lots of trails in surrounding area.

Beautiful cabin and excellent host

My sister and I had a MUCH needed vacation here. The cabin was so nice! And immaculate. Nice kitchen, and beds were very comfortable. The view of the lake was superb. We watched three different fireworks displays going on at the same time. So fun. Angela is such a good hostess. She told us about stores nearby and restaurants. She answered questions we had about our stay before we got there. Very helpful and kind.

If you're into fishing, this lake definitely delivers. My 3 grandchildren and I stayed in this darling cottage. It was just right for us. There was LOTS to do on the water with paddle boards, kayaks, paddle boat, floating mat, and fishing. The convenience of the kitchen, grill, and washer/dryer made our stay extra nice. There were outside and inside games available. We made sweet memories!

Cottage stay during Special Olympics

We chose this location because they allow dogs and it was fairly close to Central Michigan University. The cottage is interesting and clean. We recently stayed at this cottage and appreciated several aspects of our visit. One of the main reasons we chose this property was that it is pet-friendly—perfect for our trip with our dog! The location was also convenient for us, with relatively easy access to Central Michigan University. The cottage itself is clean and has an interesting, unique character that gives it a bit of charm. It had the essentials we needed for a short stay, and we appreciated the peaceful surroundings.This cottage served its purpose well and we were thankful for a place that welcomed our furry family member. Excellent Experience!

My husband and I had to take our son for Academy day and we just need a place to sleep for the night and not too many places to choose from in that area so didn’t expect much. This cabin is a sweet surprise and offer more than what we needed. Angie is an excellent host. Communication is great and she is very flexible. NO surprise for everything was made known to you. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in the area.

Was so cute and secluded. The view of the lake was breathtakingly beautiful and I would love to visit when the weather is warmer. It wasn’t too far from where we were wanting to go for the day. I will be coming back again soon.

Wonderful Stay!

My stay here was absolutely wonderful! The house was very cozy and supplied everything you could ever need. Gorgeous view of the lake and great area to see the stars at night! Angie was a fantastic host! She was very helpful and attentive. Also, our dog sitter cancelled last minute and she was very accommodating of our situation. Overall 10/10 stay! Would recommend!

Anniversary Mini Vacation

We LOVED this cottage.. it really had everything we would need. It was fully supplied ( more then we expected) and the ammenities were top notch.. I liked the history of the cottage book that was included as well.. the host was considerate to leave small notes all over on how to use and operate things and that was helpful as well.. we would most certainly book again :) thank you Angie

Fun in the sun

I surprised my boyfriend with a stay at Angies place for his birthday. It was so much fun. The cabin is so clean and nice. Angie is so welcoming. We all enjoyed the kayaks, paddle board, paddle boat and we brought our jet skis. A beautiful weekend at a beautiful place. We will definitely book again in the future.

Cozy, clean nest

Only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay longer. Angie communicated throughout the process-even sending condolences when she found out we were in the area for brother in law’s funeral. Very clean, cozy, and easy to find everything, ie instructions to TV, and house rules. Beautiful view from patio of small lake-moon was full! If ever in the area again, would definitely stay here again :)

Cycling Getaway
