„Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, la maison est bien pensée, avec quelques bonus comme le jacuzzi en extérieur (où regarder les étoiles le soir en famille), le sauna ou le billard. Bien placée aussi entre les lacs dAnnecy et du Bourget. Mais c’est surtout la propriété qui rend le séjour vraiment spécial : forêt, cours d’eau, champ de fleurs sauvages, vraiment spécial ! „Wir wurden sehr nett von Sophie empfangen und haben uns direkt rundum wohl gefühlt. Überall findet man ein sonniges oder schattiges Plätzchen auf der Terrasse, die rund um das Haus geht. Und die Aussicht durch die Fenster und von der Terrasse auf den See ist atemberaubend. Die vier Tage hier waren in jeder Hinsicht perfekt. Vielen Dank an Sophie wir kommen gerne wieder!“

„withput doubt the property has a 5 star view and location but it does not have a 5 star service. Some elements are strucutral - for example one lavatory for 8 people on the first floor and a sheer cliff surrounding the garden where fototballs are lost ( a fence would be good). Notwithstanding we found the service not up to standard. We were without hot water for four days which given there was a 7 month old baby was a trial. When the sink blocked - which we were warned about, again it took 2 ...

„We had a great time. Good location for Annecy and local supermarkets. Would recommend a day trip to Mont Blanc. Lovely welcome and send off from Joël. Amazing swimming pool and real value for money. It was really hot in Annecy during our stay but there are shutters and fans provided that helped lots. Would highly recommend especially for families. “

„Everything you could want from a holiday covering a wide age range! The house was amazingly well provided with kitchen stuff, the pool was amazing and used by everyone, the location was ideal for cycling, walking, running or just sitting on the patio watching the hang gliders. Things not to miss - Semnoz for the views of Mont Blanc and the luge, a meal at Chalet Pricaz, pedalos on the lake. A memorable holiday in a memorable house. Thanks David and Renée.“

„Wir waren eine Gruppe von 5 Personen und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Insbesondere der Aussenbereich mit Pool und Cheminée hat uns ausserordentlich gefallen. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war sehr hilfsbereit. Nous étions un groupe de 5 personnes et avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'espace extérieur avec la piscine et la cheminée. L'hôtesse nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et s'est montrée très serviable.“

„A Annecy pour faire le triathlon de l’Alpsman, nous avons séjourné dans la villa. Rien de mieux pour être dans de bonnes condition, nous avons adoré la maison à l’unanimité. Très bien équipée, une vue magnifique sur le lac.Un accueil chaleureux et une réactivité de Philippe très appréciable également.“

„Chalet Lomatika lived up to all our expectations and the stunning photographs in the advert were a perfect representation of the property and its surroundings. The Chalet was very well equipped, everything you needed. The location excellent. Our cycling and paddle boarding family made the best of all Annecy could offer. An amazing holiday.
