Comfortable apartment with outdoor patio on the Viareggio seafront

The Carducci Suite is located on the first floor of a historic building facing the beach, in the heart of Viale Giosuè Carducci—the street more commonly known as “La passeggiata di Viareggio”—one of the most picturesque and charming spots in all of Versilia. The apartment has been carefully renovated with the goal of making guests’ stays extremely comfortable. Although the building’s location and structure ensure that the interior is always well-ventilated and maintains a pleasant temperature, air conditioners are available in every room, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property, including the outdoor courtyard. There are three smart TVs, and the new, fully equipped kitchen features a convection oven, microwave, toaster, and Nespresso machine. Each bedroom—one on the first floor and one on the mezzanine—has its own private bathroom and a hallway separating it from the living room, while the sitting area is perfect for reading or relaxing. Important! The loft level (raised) may not be suitable for guests taller than 180 cm.
