„Die Unterkunft selbst ist recht nett eingerichtet. Man hat hier versucht alt und modern zu verbinden. Das Zimmer hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Was uns jedoch enorm an Nachtruhe gestört und gekostet hat war der Glockenturm, der jede Stunde bimmelt und durch die Anordnung der Häuser enorm schallt. Die Bahnstrecke hat man ebenfalls teilweise gehört. Besonders enttäuschend war allerdings die Unverbindlichkeit der Gastgeber. Ich sollte vorher Bescheid geben, wann ich am Hotel ankomme. „È stato un vero piacere soggiornare a casa Kita, l'accoglienza e la simpatia dei proprietari ti fa sentire come a casa propria, la cura dell'arredamento e la vista incantevole sulla val di Chiana con lo scorcio del Trasimeno rendono la permanenza indimenticabile. „This is a great accommodation. Room is spacious, comfortable and updated. Our room was above the Bistro which was great for a glass of wine at the end of the day and coffee and breakfast in the morning. Visit the Brolio Castle for great valley views. Wine tasting at Ricasoli is excellent. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Finally Osteria Brolio the on site restaurant is worth trying good food well prepared. Overall very positive experience highly recommend you visit and stay.“

„Consiglio di mettere delle tendine bianche alla finestra perchè ci sono solo le tende pesanti scure che vanno tenute anche di giorno perché difronte c'è una abitazione. Inoltre consiglio di informare preventivamente i clienti che la colazione si può fare solo dalle 9 alle 9,30 e in un ristorante vicino alla struttura, noi lo abbiamo saputo solo quando siamo arrivati, questo può essere un vincolo per chi ha programmi di partenza presto la mattina.“

Ich habe zunächst versucht, über die Nachbarn herauszufinden, wo der Betreiber des Hotels ist. Insgesamt hat es mit warten ca. 30 Minuten gedauert, was nach einer langen Anfahrt mit dem Auto sehr unangenehm ist. Es gab keine Entschuldigung, wenn auch der Herr an der Rezeption freundlich war.
