Sleeping: The beds slept horrible; too firm, noisy and thus umcomfortable. We have not slept well one night.
Cleaning: The house smelled moist and there was fungus at the walls. Walking on socks made your socks black from dirt.
Communication: at arrival there was no hot water. We needed to ask twice before we were able to use hot water. Furthermore, Before arrival we asked if there was an oven in the house, which was answered positively. However, there was just a microwave. The maid arranged a portable oven. Communication was otherwise indeed difficult and inaccurate. The advertorial of the house was not correct in several items. Firstly, it is no house but an appartment, with neighbours below and probably also above. It is noisy from the neighbours and from outside. Secondly, there is a garden but that garden is not a garden to go into. For kids there is no outside terrain to play on just but a small terrace. Thirdly, it was shown in the advertorial that there was a pool. However, it appeared that this pool was not allowed for kids age under 14 years. Moreover, it appeared also that the sun beds beside the pool could only be used on paid reservation. Fourthly, there is quite loud music played at the pool.
