« We travel with 2 kids and this house with 2 rooms is exactly the one we need. There’s a cute chicken coop that provided us with eggs for morning breakfast. We get to meet the chickens and that’s the highlight for the kids. Inside, all amenities for the stay are provided. Shower pressure is really good and what we need after a day of traveling. Each room has a queen bed which is perfect for family of 4. We use to go bare feet in the house and we feel the place is very clean (mind you I have dust...

« We spent an enjoyable week here! The view is stunning, the quiet was delightful, and the host was friendly and helpful, but also not in our space at all. The suite has all your cooking needs, a lovely patio to relax on, even board games if desired. A delightful respite from the bustle of the city yet within easy driving distance to tourist sites, the beach, and shopping. Definitely a huge step up from starting at a hotel, and somewhere I'd return to. »

« The rental had a private entrance, located in a lovely mature neighborhood. It was easy to find and only 20 minutes to downtown Victoria. Lots of space for 2 people and the bed was comfortable, lots of hot water for showers. A few filters for the coffeemaker would be helpful and a few more items of cutlery...teaspoons, butter knives, but otherwise well equipped for 2 people. »

« We had appointments in the area. Once those were done, we visited Esquimalt Lagoon for the first time. We spent hours walking the full length (and back) beachside and lagoon side. Lots of interesting sculptures & plants with stunning scenery all around. It was marvelous and so close by. There was a lot more to see, but we had to head home. Til next time. »
