standardルームに泊まりました。価格なりに設備は少し古いですが掃除はきれい。スタッフの対応も良い。テレビは日本語も映ります。 室内に蚊がいるのでコンビニで蚊除けスプレーを購入して対処しました。 隣にコンビニ、マッサージ店あり。更に隣に食堂あり。徒歩３分にロッテリア。 難点はここではトゥクトゥクが捕まりにくい事。街中で自転車を借りて滞在したが20分あればナイトマーケットから市内観光地は巡れます。

電源コードをさすところが１つしかない。それ以外はかなりコストパフォーマンスが良い。シャワールームも良いし、お湯もちゃんとでました。立地的に気になったのが、繁華街ではないからホテル周りに犬がいないか心配でしたがまったくいなかったのが良かったです。

総合的には良い
テレビは映るが、電波が悪いのか何なのかほとんど見れない状態。鍵も壊れていた為部屋を交換してもらった。一泊目の朝食は美味しかった。部屋もきれいで、エアコンつけて部屋がすぐ冷える。

宿泊費はリーズナブルで、wifiも問題なく、それなりに掃除もちゃんとできている。ラオス人が大好きでラオスのシンボルであるタットルアンやパトゥサイから近いのでいつでも行ける場所にある。３泊のうち、３回も訪ねている。

A mix of pros and cons
The service by the front desk and housekeeping staff was excellent. It was a quiet hotel and neighborhood; the room was spacious; and the bed was comfortable. I booked this place to be near the Thai embassy, but there are actually two Thai embassies in Vientiane! I didn't realize til later that this hotel was the one further away from the embassy that I needed. During my 3 day stay, the WiFi was very spotty. A deep cleaning of the shower curtain was also needed. There is not much around in the neighborhood, but a short walk will get you to some local restaurants and the park. The breakfast was better the first day than the second. Overall, it was fine but lacked ambience.

スタッフの英会話能力に多少の問題があり、行き違いも生じたものの、親切に対応してくれました。 ほとんどのスタッフが、しっかり笑顔で対応してくれ、快適でした。 部屋は清潔感があり、シャワーの温度も水圧も十分でした。 湯沸し器（ポット）があれば、なおよかったと思います。 コンセントの数が圧倒的に足りないです。 ドアの立て付けも悪いです。

電気が
2泊しましたが、最終日の早朝に電気が落ち復旧まで6時間ぐらいかかると言われました。クーラーが使えない為、少々暑かったです。スタッフは親切だし、部屋は綺麗です。

全体的にメンテナンスがよく施されている、 国のインフラの問題もしれないが、室内の電気製品は電源に繋がっておらず、特に空調と冷蔵庫は電源を繋いでいて欲しかった。人件費の節約か分からないが、スタッフが少なく、フロント、ハウスキーパーに電話で繋がらない。自分で繋げる。 各階の公共部分は喫煙可能なようですが、その近くに部屋に非喫煙者がアサインされたらとても嫌なことになるでしょう。

I thought this hotel was great value for money. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was a good size and offered all the advertised facilities. The area seemed very safe. There are some bars and restaurants close by. It is about a mile to the main entertainment area but there are plenty or tuk tuks about or it is a twenty minute walk, all very flat. I would happily return.

Greeted by the hotel manager who couldn’t have done more for me,real nice room, comfortable bed,good shower, good Internet, great Asian and western breakfast Not right downtown but out where I needed to be and only a five minute ride into town

部屋は清潔で問題ありません。ただ、エアコンから水漏れがしました。なのでエアコンを切って過ごしました。スタッフの対応は良く、次も利用したいです。

いつもWiFiが不安定です。 遅くてもつながれば良いですが、過去の滞在中にも数日間インターネット接続不可が必ずあります。 また今回の部屋は温水シャワーがダメで、温水とは言えない常温の水。 さらにしょっちゅう５階のフィットネスルームで昼と夜に鍋をつついている連中はなんとかしてほしい。 フィットネス機器を使いたいけど、横でバタバタするのは気が引けるので。

せめてレストランがあれば
スーペリアルームを利用。2泊3日。 とにかく立地に難あり。市街地から離れており、近くにコンビニやレストラン、貸自転車屋などがほぼありません。そのため、食事や観光のためにはぼったくりトゥクトゥクを使うか、２～３０分歩く必要があります。幸いロビーでドリンクは買えますが（値段も普通）、食事だけはどうにもなりません。もしラオス料理に特にこだわりがないなら、インスタント食品などを日本や空港で調達しておくのも手です。電気ケトルもありますので。（電子レンジはありません） 朝食はまぁまぁ。麺が結構美味しかったです。ただし3日目は8時時点で麺が終わっており、補充もされませんでした。 チェックイン時の対応はぶっきらぼうですが、東南アジアの安ホテルはまぁこんなもんかと。 ただWi-Fiや朝食時間などの案内はこちらから聞かない限りされないのでご注意を。 部屋は広くて綺麗でした。風呂もバスタブつきで、お湯も問題なく出ます。ドライヤーはありません。ペットボトルの水が無料で2本ついてきますが、冷蔵庫は入室時点ではコンセントが抜かれており、水はとてもぬるかったです。 Wi-Fiはかなり不安定。夜遅くなると比較的安定しました。 全部の電灯を点けても結構暗く、特にデスク周りはクローゼットに遮られて明かりも冷房の風も届きません。コンセントの位置もちょっとおかしく、デスク周りにコンセントが全くないのは困りものでした。 それでもこのホテルを選ぶ諸氏には別の目的があると思いますが、詳細は伏せますがそれも大したことないです。

Decent hotel
Snk is located close to many shops,pub, and sightseeing places. Staff is excellent. Rooms are ok. Most important, A/C is cold. Cable tv, old tube style tvs. Room size and bathroom size decent. Cold mini fridge. Will return here in next visit. Good rates.

空港、市街地からはやや遠く、タクシーも通常料金よりも高かったです。近くに飲食店や商店もないので、事前に準備することが必要かと。スタッフの対応は良かったです。朝食もおいしかったです。

Snk is ok..
This hotel has very large rooms. Aside from that there were many negatives. There was no hot water for showers. Everyday the water was lukewarm. The windows are single pane and every night you hear the stray cats and dogs fighting. Pillows were very large and firm, not comfortable to sleep with. The location is outside the downtown area. You can walk to several nearby local shops and restaurants but none of which will speak english. SNK is an ok hotel. I recommend this if you're a local.

positive: -good shower -not too noisy -big room -good wlan in the lobby negative: -wlan is not working in the room -hard bed and unconfortable pillows -far away from center (more than 2km away) there's not one single restaurant close to the hotel -though there's a karaoke and night club (looks like a brothel) on the right, it's not easy to find a tuk tuk or a taxi -tv channels flimmer,it's not possible to watch tv in the room -breakfast is below average, we just found a toust bred -hotel stuff is extremly unfriendly and useless summary: when we arrived, there were three men behind the reception. they couldnt find our booking, nor were they able to speak English. i told them three times that i booked with hotels.com, but they looked at me like i was an alien. patiently we waited 15 minutes and everything worked then at the end. there are many good hotels for the same or a lower price in the center, i can recommend you NOT to stay in this hotel (as you see above it was not easy to find pro's) in the second night i had terrible fever and had to go directly to the hospital (suspicion of malaria) nobody from the hotel stuff (they were still two) wanted to drive me 10min to the international hospital nor did they order a tuk tuk or a taxi for me. my girlfriend convinced three drunken locals in the nightclub to drive me to the hospital. the stuff would let you die in the hotel. they are not interested and extremly selfish. avoid snk!

Не плохой отель за свои деньги
Приезжали за Тайской визой, отель в 15 минутах ходьбы от консульства и в 30 минутах от центра города. Стоимость вполне сопоставима с качеством услуг, 2 ночи за €49. В следующий раз не поеду в него, расположение подводит.

ビエンチャンでは、マシな方なのか？
部屋の窓（内側）に数時間で蚊が百匹以上は張り付きます。不幸中の幸いは蚊が刺してこない事ですが、見た目も衛生上も悪いです。清掃員はテキパキと仕事をしますが、フロントの男性従業員は非常に手際が悪く、不愉快です。 朝食は品数も少なく冷めていて不味いです。特にソーセージはゴムを食べているような感覚です。 立地も悪く、近くにコンビニはなりません。また、マーケットや繁華街から距離があるのでとにかく不便です。 部屋でWi-Fiは入りません。フロントなら安定して繋がります。

町中心部から離れた、所謂　辺鄙なところにありますが・・・・ここは、ラオスです！！
部屋のレベルは、木賃宿です。 都会的なホテルのサービスをお望みの方は、辞めた方がいいです。 しかしながら、ラオスを覗き見たかったら、是非お勧めします。 何より夜はタクシーが走っておらずテクシーが殆どでしたが、女性でも実に安全な感じがしました。
