Big Room and nice staff

Wer die Natur liebt wir die Unterkunft lieben. Einmalige Aussicht.

Für diesen Preis steht die erhaltene Leistung in keinem guten Verhältnis. Das Zimmer wurde tagsüber nicht gereinigt, die Handtücher nicht gewechselt, das Moskitonetz hatte viele Löcher und dadurch waren viele Insekten auf dem Bett. Zudem war der Empfang unterkühlt. Das einzig positive war der gute Restaurantservice und die Qualität des Essens. Für den Zimmerpreis hätten wir dennoch deutlich mehr erwartet als nur ein tolles Restaurant.

We -family of 3 - were given a cottage with a stunning position and a beautiful terrace in the main hotel area. The second room had a window and a door, but they could not be opened. Upstairs the terrace door with the mosquito net were very difficult to open and close, but very necessary, because of the mosquitoes. The kitchen was well equipped but on the whole the appearance was a bit run down. The second swimming pool is a few minutes walk away and is just wonderful. I suppose that the hotel has better/newer rooms, as on the Internet they look much nicer than our in the pictures. The staff was correct, but not particularly nice. I would recommend the hotel for its position, but for the price it was a bit disappointing.

Very nice plantation and garden, cottages located in the middle of the jungle. Friendly staff and good location next to Sugar Beach and the Pitons. Be aware that there is no AC in the rooms and everything is open (with mosquito nets of course), so there is some noise in the night from the wildlife - we loved it!
