„Ein nichtraucher Zimmer gebucht, ein Raucherzimmer erhalten. Für einen Nichtraucher war es Horror hier zu atmen. Eine Beschwerde am Empfang brachte nichts , da das Hitel voll ausgebucht war. Telefonisch meinte der Manager am nächsten Tag (persönlich wollte er mit uns nicht sprechen), dass wir doch ein Nichtraucher Zimmer gehabt hätten - dieser Lügner!!!
