« Wir sind sehr zufrieden, unser Urlaub war schön , die Möglichkeit draußen zu spazieren ein Traum , auf dem Spielplatz gab es immer eine Attraktion. Im August war Karneval die Kinder und wir hatte. « It's a lovely remote location, quiet but close enough to the village and the beach. The contact with the owner is great, he really took care for us, so we would enjoy the holiday even more. We were with a party of 5 adults and a big dog, and none of us has something to complain about. It was just super! »

« La maison est exceptionnelle. Parfaite avec ses espaces communs et individuels. Jardin approprié. La maison est d'une propreté incroyable. Les propriétaires sont tellement gentils, accueillants, souriants et plein d attention. Ils ont rendus nos vacances inoubliables. « Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in dem tollen Ferienhaus. Das kleine HÀuschen liegt wunderschön in den Weinbergen. Wir hatten noch nie so ein perfektes Ferienhaus. Leider haben sich Wespen ein Nest hinter einem Fensterladen gebaut. Dadurch konnte in einem Schlafzimmer das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden. Gerne kommen wir irgendwann wieder!!!!! »

« Die HausĂŒbergabe erfolgte zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt. Zum Objekt gehört ein großer Garten mit UmzĂ€unung. Trotzdem erfolgte regelmĂ€ĂŸig Besuch unbekannter Hunde im Garten. Das Haus war in einem sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand. Die Ausstattung fĂŒr eine Familie mit 4 Kindern in Ordnung. In dem Haus fĂŒhlten wir uns wohl. Leider entsprach der Pool nicht unseren Erwartungen. Zum Zeitpunkt der Übernahme war das Wasser milchig. Der Boden war bei nur mĂ€ĂŸiger Tiefe nicht erkennbar. Durch den Vermieter...

MĂ€ngel: neue StĂŒhle am Esstisch sind leider zu niedrig, ein bequemer Sessel zum Fernsehen wĂ€re noch schön . « From check in to check out the process was a breeze. Hosts are kind and their communication is excellent. They made sure the stay was positive and they succeeded. The house is so lovely and charming, typically Italian and very clean. Location is superb, train is 5 min walk and beach is less than a 10 min walk away. Shops and markets are all nearby. Rooms are great, clean and the house had everything we needed. Have 0 negative things to say, one of my best stays in Italy. Thank you! »
