We are delighted to welcome you to our comfortable, standalone family chalet in the heart of the village of Villars-Comars!

Whether you’re coming to hit the slopes of Val d’Allos on skis or a mountain bike, explore the hiking trails, or simply relax with your family while enjoying outdoor activities, you’ve come to the right place: a 180° view of the Upper Verdon Valley and the tranquility of a large, tree-lined garden await you!

TAKE A LOOK INSIDE
On the ground floor, enjoy a cozy living area with a sitting room and wood-burning stove, opening directly onto the wooden deck. The sofa bed provides additional sleeping space. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped. A separate restroom completes this level.

Upstairs, you’ll find a sleeping area with a view of the mountains. It consists of two bright bedrooms, each equipped with a 160x200 double bed; one of them also features a loft bed (two 90x200 bunk beds). A modern bathroom with a towel warmer and a toilet is also located on the landing.

PANORAMIC OUTDOOR SPACE

The chalet features a large south-facing terrace, ideal for al fresco dining, a spacious garden with trees, and sun loungers to fully enjoy the mountain sunshine. A storage room is also available for skis, bicycles, or hiking gear.

Just a 2-minute walk away, you’ll find all the village’s amenities:

-Vival mini-market, Newsstand, and Post office.
-“La Chasse” River for trout fishing and walks.
-Soccer, basketball, pétanque, and table tennis courts.
-Children’s playgrounds.
-Starting points for fitness trails and hiking trails.
-Equestrian center.

5-minute drive away:

-The fortified town of Colmars-les-Alpes and its traditional weekly local market.
-The Lance Waterfall.
-A tree-top adventure course and nature activities along the Verdon River.
-The Ratery Nordic Ski Area, nestled in the heart of a magnificent larch forest, ideal for hiking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing.

-The Espace Lumière ski area, connecting the resorts of Pra Loup and Val d’Allos–La Foux, with 180 km of trails.
-Access to Lake Allos, Europe’s largest natural high-altitude lake.

Easy access to the resorts

Free shuttles run daily to Allos and the ski resort. The stop is located just 50 meters from the chalet, at the foot of the stairs.
