« The property was clean and a wonderful location! We were there for my son’s wedding. Kim was available anytime I had a question and was very accommodating.Unfortunately, the cliff (in front of a number of properties) gave way awhile back, so we weren’t able to go on the balcony and take advantage of the amazing view. Other than that, it was a great place to stay! »

« We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, well stocked and was an excellent location just steps from the beach and close to restaurants. The garage fit our midsize suv (snugly). FYI: The beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable. It is on a busy road so take earplugs/white noise machines because with no air conditioning you’ll want to open doors and windows. It was a dream to walk right out to the beach (beware of strong riptide currents directly down from the beach house). The...

« Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l appartement de janet. Il est parfaitement aménagé et idéalement situé à mi chemin entre balboa et newport beach. La plage est à 3 minutes à pieds et nous avons apprécié le matériel de plage à notre disposition. C est un endroit calme et très accueillant. L arrivée a été très facile grâce aux explications claires de janet. Nous recommandons vivement. »

« We came here with our grandchildren and the location was thte best. Very close to playgrounds, the beach on the bay side for little kids and the ocian side for big kids. The set up is nice with two sets of bunk beds in one bedroom and a big bed in the other. The porch and deck were also nice for great outside space. »

« I can’t say enough about this place. They have all the amenities you need for the beach!! Perfect for a family getaway!!! Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, jogging trails and sites. The property is clean with a great patio to drink coffee in the morning and relax in the hot tub or by the fire pit. If you are looking g for a worry free, fun and clean getaway, this is perfect. »
