Charmante, North End, condo au deuxiÚme étage avec vue sur l'océan depuis la terrasse et quelques maisons de la plage.

Cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec réfrigérateur, cuisiniÚre électrique, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et comptoir empilable laveuse / sécheuse. Excellent choix

Condo trÚs beau, agréable et confortable ! TrÚs bien situé prÚs de la plage et terrasse sur le toit qui offre une vue appréciable. Les deux salles de bain attenantes à chacune des chambre sont trÚs bien surtout avec un ou deux adolescents. Le matelas king tempurpedic offre un bon sommeil comme sur un nuage.

L'emplacement est excellent

L'emplacement du condo est excellent. L’accĂšs Ă  la plage est rapide et facile. Cependant il aurait pu y avoir plus de commoditĂ©s Ă  l'intĂ©rieur. De plus, quand nous somme arrivĂ©, il y avait une petit infestation de fourmis que nous avons contrĂŽlĂ© avec des produits appropriĂ©s.

Perfect Location!

This home was absolutely perfect for my family and our children, who are 12 and 7. Very short walk to the beach- but I would recommend a wagon with wheels made for the beach, as the beach is very wide. The beach was incredibly quiet and clean, despite being July. The home is fully stocked, and we all enjoyed our time.

Loved our stay

We had an absolutely lovely stay. The property is charming, ever so clean and pleasant, tastefully decorated, and well ventilated. I appreciated the paintings, the simple but curated pieces of furniture. Margie was so nice and always available and responsive. The beach is a stone's throw away, but beware it is very wide. This means it is a healthy, well-preserved beach; however, consider bringing a wagon with big tires to carry your gear across the wide expanse = ). I would recommend acquiring a set of good knives, a large, solid, butcher block, wooden cutting board, and large, wooden spoons. As cooks, my husband and I coped but wished for these things = ) Thank you so much for having us! We will be back for sure!

Location!

Great week in this north end cottage. Loved being on the 2nd floor. Quick walk to sand/beach and never crowded. Beautiful, residential neighborhood. Wonderful location for walking & biking. Margie was helpful & responsive.

Great Beach Condo

Spacious condo on the second floor in a prime location on Atlantic Ave in the North End. Five minute walk to the beach, and close to the park - First Landing State Park Beach (Broad Bay) which we enjoyed as well. The condo itself is a bit aged but is clean, well equipped and comfortable. Overall it is fairly priced for the location. We enjoyed our stay.

Cozy Upstairs Apartment w/Great Beach Access

This was our first time in Virginia Beach and was looking for something with great beach Access but also kid friendly (ages 5, 7, & 9). This apartment checked all the boxes. Was very clean upon arrival & Margie was always welcoming, available, & friendly.

Wonderful on all fronts

The listing says "close to the beach," but it doesn't tell you that it's literally one minute to the beach. We came back to the apartment for lunch every day -- that's how close it was. The two bedrooms were comfortable and while the unit is smack dab on Atlantic Avenue, it's quiet. We didn't hear much street noise. The porch is lovely and the table is large for family dinners. The living room was cozy with comfortable furniture and a large TV. WIFI was fabulous. Our needs were met immediately. I sent an email that light bulbs needed to be replaced, but it could wait until we checked out on Saturday. The light bulbs were changed out that day. The unit is accessible by a more narrow than normal staircase. We did not have a problem getting up and down the stairs, but lugging our suitcases and food up the stairs was hard -- until we realized that we could take the wider-than-normal deck stairs to the unit. Our teenage boys had enough room to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed. The fridge was large and the washer and dryer worked! We would stay here again in a hot heartbeat.

Location is great

Margie was great and responsive. As was Jessica. The beds not sooo comfortable but the location was good. Also I think washing machine is too harsh on the laundry items. Dishwasher didn’t work but just a little updating and perfect rental.

Great location , superb neighborhood.

Location is great, the beach is not crowded (that was a must when we picked this place), apartment is clean and has everything you need. The walk to the beach is literally one minute. Margie was very helpful, answered the texts immediatelly. Everything was great, highly recommended.

Cute 2BR 2 BA with dining area and deck. Main plus to us was the proximity to the north end beaches, and bike-able to boardwalk/restaurants.

Overall adequate

Quieter than being close to the strip, but still close enough for easy access and delivery options. The driveway being directly on the main road, and the small size of the driveway and parking areas were a bit of a challenge. The house needs a little bit of work. Most of the floors, doors, and cabinets creak and some of the doors don’t latch or lock. The beds and appliances make a fair bit of noise. The stairs up to, and the rooftop area appear to be falling apart and do not feel very safe. The trash bins were not put out before we arrived, or while we were there. But to be fair, we saw the trash truck come by on a day other than what the information sheet said. Again, overall it was very adequate and has very convenient access to the beach.

Hidden Gem Close to Beach

Stayed here for a week with my wife and toddler. This was a very spacious place for the price. It was very close to the beach, a minute or two walk at most. The beach was huge and mostly empty, there was barely anyone in site. The place itself was clean and everything was in working order. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation this is the place to be. The beach is the only thing in walking distance though, everything else you will need to drive. The one thing I would note is that there is no number on the outside of the house so it may be hard to find without GPS. Also, it was a bit harrowing pulling out of the driveway as it was hard to see and on a busy road.

Spectacular vacation

This property is so cute and perfectly located. There is nothing like being at the beach in the north end with other locals, but yet biking distance to the tourist area. The sunroom was bright, and the rooftop deck was fun to explore. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Super Location

Great little cottage super close to the beach. Unit was very clean, plenty of room for the four of us. A bit of street noise and can hear downstairs neighbors, shared roof deck. Management was friendly and responsive. Would rent again!
